Tea

Tea & Zen one nature

Tea is offered as a contemplative practice rooted in meditation and silence. These sessions treat tea as a relational practice supporting presence, attentiveness, and direct connection with the natural environment. Through shared stillness, tea becomes a medium for slowing down and returning to essential awareness.
